challenge

We were asked to handle a challange of automation the sales process for a huge supplier of food ingredients. Right now the process is managed manually by salesmans, it's time consuming and inefficient making a regular communication a bottleneck.

After a series of workshops we distinguished the most crucial values of a new solutions for Supplier and Customers. After that we have taken up the challenge of satisfaying these needs on a User Experience and User Interface level.

process

Whole process began with researching user and business needs. Afterwards, enrichen with new insights, we coducted a two day workshop, which goal was to create a couple of concepts to frurther evaluation and improvement. Lastly, we came up with and idea of a final solution - an application for managing supply and demand for food industry.

Workshops were facilitaded near Poznan at our client's HQ. As a team of 5 moderators, including Designers, Researchers, Service Designer we managed a group of stakeholders (CEO, salesmans, regional managers, customer representatives). We joined forces with Very Human Services - a Service Design and Research studio.
